Attenda Extreme is primarily about two things: -

• An Extreme event that is meant to challenge both body and mind and be overcome by working together as a team, and second, 
• to raise a whole heap of money for our selected charity!

By supporting Tŷ Hafan, you will help them provide comfort, care and support to more life-limited children, young people and their families in Wales.  They are based in Wales, close by to one of my work offices, so we've adopted them as our chosen charity to be able to make a difference somewhere locally.

The first day is going to be the hardest as the longest leg of over 100Miles to be completed - went out for a quick 10mile route and ended up stopping at 6Miles cause I had a stitch!  So please dig deep and help towards this worthy charity-as this will spur me on to finish during the 'dark' times!
