Story
If you're reading this, it probably means you're one step closer to changing somebody's life..
When Trekstock approached me, and I asked If I wanted to climb Mount Kenya, (the 2nd largest mountain in Africa) in September'11 to help young people with cancer, my first reaction was '"Errrr...YES"!
Cancer is a horrid disease and destroys so many peoples lives. Sadly we usually associate cancer with the older generation, but cancer is the most common cause of death from illness in children aged 0-14 years.
So, what I like from you guys... Im asking you for a minimum of £7 squid... if 472 lovely folk donated, Id reach my target and even be a few pounds over. And £7 Isn't that much if you think about it... Its cheaper than a Nandos 1/2 chicken with 2 side lines or 1 day congestion charge!
I'd be so grateful if you made a donation, as its not only a great incentive for me to get to the top of that mountain but more importantly its going towards an amazing worthy cause, and will help a group of young people greatly in need.
