I've decided to run the Two Castles for Grace, which helps premature babies and their families in Coventry and Warwickshire, by funding research into the causes of premature birth and the best forms of neonatal care.

I haven't run for a while, so it's been a challenge to get out on the roads and parks again! This photo was taken in Carmarthenshire, running (and walking!) up crazy hills with my sister.
