Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part in the Age UK - Spread the Warmth 10K on 4th March to raise money for Age UK and I'd really appreciate your support.

The race distance is a little less daunting than my Royal Parks Half Marathon, but any donation you can give will still mean a great deal to me and my charity!

To help me in my quest for a new PB, I'm also giving up alcohol until the race, which may turn out to be the real challenge...
