Story
Hello and welcome to my page.
I will try and keep this short but very sweet.
I am taking part in the Everest Challenge 2012 (January 26-29) to raise money for work supporting inner-city young people through skiing, snowboarding and life-skills development.
To complete the challenge I have to ski 93 miles as fast as possible - basically the distance from London to Norwich, or UEA for those of you out there.
I will keep you updated, and if any of you would like to contribute some tactics/support/even money, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you, R :-) x
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
A bit about me...
Rosie by name, Rosy by nature. If I'm not smiling then I'm laughing. Nursery, School, University, Job. One day I’ll break the rules. Family and friends are the most important people in life. Cynthia Heimel says, ‘When in doubt, make a fool of yourself. There’s a microscopically thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like the most gigantic idiot on earth. So what the hell, leap’. Recently I did. Cuba was the destination. Wonderful. One day I hope to write for a newspaper, landscape a garden, and travel the world. I want to die knowing that I have lived.
