CHARITY SUFFOLK COAST BIKE RIDE, 4 August 2013
Participants: Keith Peacock
We provide vital care and support to people living with a progressive illness

Story

This was a last minute rash decision made last week to cycle 60 miles with my super-fit young brother round the massive inclines of Suffolk for a day. You can see what a decrepit old bloke I am in the above picture.

St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich do fantastic and often unsung work so a couple of quid from a few people chipped in shows a bit of support for the heroines and heroes that work there.

You know it makes sense!
