I am running 10k in order to raise money for Dementia UK. They are an amazing charity that really help people with dementia to live well. As many of you know my PhD focuses on improving the wellbeing and quality of life of people living with dementia through the use of the arts. Admiral Nurses work tirelessly in order to ensure people living with dementia have the best quality of life and so I am putting myself through something that I will find incredibly challenging in order to support their cause.
