Really big thanks if you're visiting my page!  Training has been pretty intense at times, I've regularly walked from my house to Castleton, which is around 23 miles on Google maps, not taking into account any changes in elevation. So I think I'm prepped and ready.  Last week or so I've cut back on the training to save myself for the walk, so I'm back to using public transport rather than walking to work and back every day.

Please feel free to give as much or as little as you like as everything counts, and I'll see you on the other side.
