Some of you may know I have taken up cycling and joined a band of like minded MAMILs, the Heavy Metal Cycling Club to help raise some money for a really worthy cause.

As such I will be joining the Heavy Metal Truants on their 3rd Annual 161 mile ride from London to Donnington Park to raise money for Nordoff Robbins, Childline and Teenage Cancer Trust. 

My target is £1,300 so I would be most grateful if you could support me in any way you can - no matter how small  - although bigger is better!

I set off on the 10th June and will hopefully get there by Friday lunch so in the mean time, dig out your purses and wallets and click here to help me to help these worthy charities!
