Firstly, Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Right im planning on completing a 300 mile bike ride from London to Newquay in 3 days. It wont be easy and it certainly wont be pleasant but i personally wouldn't expect sponsorship for anything easy so here goes. All this is of course is in memory of "The one and only" and my best mate Si Beadel who sadly left us almost 4 years ago on the 6th of Jan 2009. If you didn't know him you missed out and simply look at the team page i am part of to see what he was like.
