Ok... so i signed up for this triathlon months ago... which is probably when i should've started my training. Unfortunately for me but to the amusement of others i put it off until "tomorrow" which of course never came.

My personal aim was to complete the event in less than 2 hours, but i'll be honest i'll happy to survive through to the end, preferably before the tri-suit cuts of the blood supply to the budgie.

My charity of choice is Birmingham Childrens Hospitals, they are our future after all and your donation no matter how small will make a big difference and may save a childs life.
