On the 24th and 25th of June 40 of my Hugh James colleagues and I will be embarking on  the gruelling UK three peaks challenge in aid of the brilliant Velindre cancer charity.

We will start by heading to Fort William in Scotland to climb Ben Nevis before travelling down to climb Scafell Pike and finishing off with a stroll up Snowdon- easy right?! 

Sadly too many of us know family and friends who are and have been affected by cancer. Whilst the 24 plus hours will be extremely tough raising money for such a deserving charity will push us through, I'm sure.
