Story
There are an estimated 27 million slaves in the world today, more than there has ever been on the face of the earth before. This is not something we can ignore as it is happening even in our country today. It is not an issue which is often heard about and the A21 Campaign aims to change that. Members of the Prior Pursglove College Christian Union, alongside friends, will be walking from Prior Pursglove College in Guisborough to Whitby on the 13 April in a bid to raise money to support the campaign. The walk is 27 miles long, making it a mile for every one million people in slavery today. The money raised will go towards providing safe shelters, medical care, and justice for those who are being sold and used as slaves in the world today. Help us give a voice to the voiceless. Thank You.
