Hey everyone! I am doing a charity trek over Cadair Idris on the
17^th of November 2018 in hopes of raising as much money for the East Africa Emergency Appeal with the charities As Suffa and Muslim
Aid, at the University of Birmingham Islamic Society.

The people of Somalia, South Sudan, Nigeria and Yemen are suffering from one of the worst droughts in recent times. Food prices are rising, famine is occurring and violence is constantly at hand.

Your contributions will save hundreds of lives. For every £60 we raise we can provide food parcels for local families for a month – giving them the supplies and nutrition. For every £90 we raise it can provide life-saving food and water to an entire family for a whole month. £150 provides one share in a Borehole, which will provide clean water to 50,000 people. £200 provides a mobile clinic, which will provide live saving emergency medical attention to
500 people.

So as you can see, for such little money we can contribute to saving hundreds, even thousands of lives. Every contribution helps to save a life, please spare as much as you can to contribute to saving a life today.
