So, after a somewhat trying year, this September, I will be joining 20 Allen & Overy colleagues from around the world to trek through Jordan in aid of an amazing cause! We will be raising money for an incredible charity - War Child!

War Child is striving for a world in which no child's life is torn apart by war. They protect, educate and stand up for the rights of children, giving them the care and support to overcome the traumas they’ve suffered.

For those that know me, I’m never too far from falling flat on my face, so a 60km trek across the mountainous Jordanian desert, finishing in the ancient 'Rose-Red City' of Petra, will be quite a challenge!

By making a donation, you’ll be making a difference to thousands of children who benefit from War Child. All trip costs are being funded independently, so all money raised will go directly to War Child. If I hit my target of £2,000, Allen & Overy will add an extra add £1,000.
