Just before Christmas I was starting to think about having my hair cut short after having had it shoulder length, in various styles, for the past 15+ years. I then started to think if I was going to go short why not go REALLY short and raise some money for charity at the same time.

Help for Heroes is a charity that I have supported for many years, and I think what they do for wounded servicemen and women is fantastic. As both myself and Ken, my husband, are ex RAF it is a charity that I will be privileged to support through this event.

I will be shaving my head on the 4th July 2015 at the Railway Inn in Oakham in order to raise money for the charities Headway and Help for Heroes.

Please donate now and help me to raise a massive amount of money for both these charities! 

Everyone is welcome to the event and extra donations on the day will give you the chance to shave some of my hair off yourself!
