The RTS team will be taking part in the Tough Mudder London West event on the 26th April 2014.

Tough Mudder events are hardcore 12 mile-long obstacle courses designed by Special Forces to test all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.

RTS have chosen to support Macmillan Cancer Support due to the amazing work with those who need help and support. Macmillan is a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It's not only patients who live with cancer, they also help carers, families and communities.

Macmillan guide people through the system, supporting them every step of the way. They fund nurses and other specialist health care professionals and build cancer care centres. But there is much more than medical help.

People need practical support at home, so they provide anything from some precious time off for a carer, to a lift to hospital. People need emotional support, so Macmillan listen, advise and share information through their cancer support specialists, website and trained professionals.

People need financial help to cope with the extra costs cancer can bring, so Macmillan give benefits advice, and grants for anything from heating bills to travel costs. Together they listen, they learn, they act to help people live with cancer.

So to help us raise money for a great cause.
