Story

So it's that silly time of year again and to date this is my silliest challenge as for those who know me will know, "I hate walking!"

Myself along with 7 others are taking part in the 3 Peak 24hr. Challenge on the weekend of 6th July. Similar to last year a couple of great HVMS guys Danny Cohen and David Swadling are also throwing down the gauntlet as part of the team challenge!

Challenges:

Ben Nevis              4,409ft

Scafell Pike           3,209ft

Mount Snowdon    3,560ft

Total climb:           11,178ft

We have obviously chosen fundraising for the Sands Group to “give back” in a fashion, where they were there to give to us when we both really needed it last year.

I was hoping you would possibly consider a donation of even the smallest amount to assist research and comfort for others who may need the services in the future. Believe me... I of all people, never thought I would be in a situation where I would be associated with these guys, and what a difference they made just when we needed them! Thank you...

Any donation would be amazing and make the weekend more complete for all involved.

You really don’t know how looking forward I am bunched in a mini-bus for 48 hrs. and 3 climbs… NOT!

Thanks again for looking.. and hopefully pressing a button or two for a great cause!
