Cpl Marcus Rees Whybrow and SAC Ian Aherne will be navigating around the whole UK coast on motorcycles. The idea is to visit 100 RAF stations past and present.
Covering over 4000 miles in 10 days is a challenge. Add in stopping times at the RAF stations makes this a BIG challenge. Averaging 14 hour days on motorcycles is going to take mental strength, fitness and team work.
As well as completing 100 stations, we will also be incorporating "Lands End to John 'o' Groats", most the road of the infamous "North Coast 500" and laying a wreath at Capel-Le-Ferne.
And just in case this wasn't enough to push our limits to raise big money for the charities we have thrown in the military feel. We will be sleeping next to our bike EVERY night. In a sleeping bag and a make shift wind shelter. Completely self supported.
We will be running charity events on the run up to the main event, as well as visiting multiple motorcycle events so keep an eye out for us and give what you can.
Thank You
