The entire team at PureGym, the UKs largest gym operator, is coming together to take on a nationwide relay. The focus of the effort is to raise awareness of the role that physical activity and fitness can play in helping people secure mental wellbeing and good mental health. The team will be raising funds for Mental Health UK - one of the UKs largest and most respected charities.
It is going to be a week to remember with over 1,500 PureGym team members running, walking and cycling their way through a 7-day, 24-hour non-stop challenge. They will travel from Aberdeen to Plymouth by way of over 240 gyms coming together across Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England.
Alongside the mammoth physical challenge, PureGym will raise at least £250,000 for Mental Health UK. Providing funding to extend the reach of practical advice and information to help people across the UK manage their mental health.
