Bravely decided to sign up for a London to Paris cycle ride in aid of Ty Hafan, to support the wonderful work they do in offering care to life-limited children and young people.

The "bravely" bit is that I did not own a road bike until May this year, I seriously starting training in June and for those of you that know me would agree that I am probably not the most athletic person around.
