I'm doing a run up in Manchester on Sunday the 18th in aid of Medequip4kids ( www.medequip4kids.org ). I know this is short notice but any donation is very much appreciated. Medequip4kids do great work all year round helping children and their families on the way in and out of hospital so your money will be put to work in a very positive way.
