Hi, welcome to my JustGiving page.  On the 4th August my friend Darren Johnson and I will be taking part in the inaugural Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 mile cycle sportive. Our aim is to complete the course in under 9 hours.

Those that know me will know that I am a regular MAMIL (Middle Aged Man In Lycra) - conjures up a fine image doesnt it?  Ive only ever cycled 100 miles once before though and that was a few years ago around a flat Cheshire course and it took me 12 hours.  This promises to be far more challenging.  I'll post updates onto this page as the training (and I used the word 'training' lightly) progresses.
