Story
Hello friends, family and aquaintances.....
Me and five of my finest friends are attempting to cross the English Channel in our inflatable boats this May. We are doing this because it sounds difficult and ridiculous and we thought this would mean people would donate more money to this excellent cause.
If you've not heard why we are doing this, here's the situation:
One of our closest friends, Lucy, was recently been told, at 32yrs of age, that her cancer was not curable. This is after spending most of last year having intensive treatment. She has had awful luck, was phenomenal at making the best of things - indeed simply inspiring - and sadly she died on 17th April.
Lucy was extremely grateful for the support offered by the Manorlands Hospice, which operates through the support it gets from the Sue Ryder charity. We would be immensly grateful if you could dig deep to help us support this great organisation.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page

PS. If you've not donated through JustGiving before, rest assured it's simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate. In short it means we can raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate today.
