Story

Darren Pollock

Darren was the most fun loving, witty and loving person who worked with us, we miss him everyday. He was our friend and our colleague and the founder and finance director of Dim T and Tasty plc. Darren unfortunately suffered from cancer and died in June 2013. We are running in memory of him to raise money for beating bowel cancer.

There are 42 of us running together at a variety of speeds and fitness levels, some of us are running for sport for the first time in our lives, and have only run in the past when we have been late for work!

Please sponsor us as much as you can afford for this fantastic cause, we really want to make this event worthwhile both for Darren and to help beat bowel cancer.

Our team's runners are....

Dan Pollock, Amy Kibblewhite, John Bruns, Keirn Bruns, Adam Astachowiak, Tim Cundy, Julia Hul, Matthew Boon, Francisco Silva, Caroline Ottoy, Rosa Gerson, Karolina Ozimek, Matt Livings, Mariusz Burzycki, Lim Ban Lee, Clare Mc-Donald, Gary Hummel, Adam Kaye, Jo Bargery, Marsel Goini, Lee Kendall, Rebecca Cooke, Elizabeth Ackroyd, James Childs, Susanna Brown, Nick Merenda, Adel Abbas, Marcos Rodriguez, Sam Kaye, Jonathan Plant, Martin Dobrovodsky, Maresh Pambmar, Inigo Capetillo, Chrissie Messanger, Pere Capdevila.
