On Sunday 6 November 2011, I am swapping my stilettos for sneakers and running the NEW YORK CITY MARATHON in aid of CANCER RESEARCH UK.  We all know what fantastic work the charity do in helping us move forwards in understanding and beating this terrible illness.  However, they need our help and your generous donations to make their aim possible.  So, please Please PLEASE dig deep and give all that you can to help this fantastic cause.
