We offer expert care, guidance and support to people living with a terminal illness

Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. At the end of September I'm going to run the Loch Ness Marathon. It will be my second marathon (I ran the first one in May) and I thought I could use my newly discovered passion to do something for other people.

I am collecting money to support the Marie Curie Cancer Care - fantastic charity that helps terminally ill people by trying to reduce their suffering. It was one of the first charities that I noticed when I first arrived on this glorious Island (5years ago). Might have been because of the bright daffodil or maybe because Marie Curie was Polish...

I dedicate all my runs to my late grandfather who passed away a few years ago due to cancer, hence I saw it fitting to try to gather some money in support of a charity that helps people who suffer from cancer.

Note: I paid the entry fee for the marathon myself and I shall be funding my travel too. The money you donate goes to charity and not to cover my expenses.

Thank you very much for all your donations.

Peace,

Pav
