Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Me and 99 of my colleagues at HSBC will be trekking 100km over 5 days through challenging high altitude terrain in Ecuador to raise money and awareness for mental health.

Mental health touches all of us in one way or another. Whether its a family member, a friend, a child, a colleague or a stranger in the street.  Raising awareness and supporting those that need it is so important, that is why I have chosen to raise money for The National Alliance on Mental Health.  NAMI, is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americas affected by mental illness.

NAMI educates, advocates, listens and they lead on awareness of mental health.  They successfully fight stigma and encourage understanding.

I hope you will support me by donating to this great cause.
