Story

Again this year, I'm taking part in a 164-mile cycle ride from London to Castle Donington on 7th June with my Heavy Metal Truant comrades - crossing the finish line at the Download Festival.

There will aches, pains, tears, chafing and many laughs but the reason for this ride is to raise money for three charities who do tremendous work - Childline, Nordoff Robbins and Teenage Cancer Trust.
