Since my Step Father Danny was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer,  My family have been raising money and awareness to help Prostate Cancer Uk. The charity is so important to Danny and my Mum, they do so much vital work for people suffering with the illness.

I have ran numerous marathons and completed several other challenges to help raise much needed money. Alongside my friends, I aimed to complete the London marathon 2020 but due to the ongoing pandemic, this was cancelled. However, we were invited to complete the run virtually so I ran the 26.2 miles around different parts of Sheffield. So at 4am I set off running and completed every metre of the 26.2 miles on the Sunday 4th October. 

It is my intention and my families intention to keep completing events/challenges to continue to raise much needed funds and also as much awareness as possible to help a charity that is so close to our hearts.

I have had the pleasure of meeting people over the past few years who are sadly fighting this disease but still smiling. I have met people who give their lives to helping others and I have also met people, who have lost people because of it. Every penny the charity raise goes to a unbelievable cause and I am forever grateful for the help/support they have given my family. I want to raise as much as I can, so any donations mean the world to me
