Warickshire Sprint Triathlon in memory of Helen Pote #TEAMHELEN

Basically, I am part of a team of 100+ people who have decided to compete in the Warwickshire Sprint Triathlon which consists of a 400m swim, 23km cycling and 5km run to finish off.

I was inspired to do this event by Sara a friend of mine who's friend Helen Pote passed away after her battle with cancer. Helen competed in this event last year amongst her own battle so in tribute to Helen an amazing team has been assembled which I wanted to be part of. I too know how it feels to lose someone that means a lot to a lot of people through cancer and it has left a huge whole in peoples lives. So please support this worthwhile cause.
