This is a team challenge and there are 10 of us cycling from Blackpool to Paris in 5 and half days. Our route will see us travel around 600 miles.

The Cyclists: Dave Banks, Ian Carruthers, Mark Jacobs, Paul Latham, Paul Liddell, Paul Mellard, Christine Nelson, Bill Nolan, John Orr and Jonathan Sizer.

We are all part of a small social cycling group originally formed of serving police officers that soon grew to include friends and former colleagues.

We were talking about challenges within the group and where better to go cycling than the home of the Tour de France and after a bit of research Tower to Tower was born.
