In March 2014 I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis after many months of suffering. In 2015 I will be competing in various events to help raise awareness (and hopefully money... hint hint!) to support the research into Chrons Desease & Ulcerative Colitis. One of these events will be a triathlon in September. I will be part of a team of fundraisers aiming to raise money in the memory of someone who unfortunately was a victim of cancer. Currently there are over 150 people taking part under #TEAMHELEN. Thanks for your support
