Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Yes I'm walking London to Cambridge, that's 100km! For those of you that know me I have not been Fraped, I really am doing it. This is all happening on 29th August 2015 (finishing on the 30th), the day before my 43rd birthday.

In October (aged 42) I found out that I had severe coronary disease and had to have 2 procedures to put in stents (scaffolding) to keep the arteries open. I was a very lucky boy as the outcome could have been very different.

3 months on, I am 10kg lighter and have started my cardiac rehab. I am setting myself this challenge to prove to myself that I can do it, to focus my rehab and raise some money along the way for Papworth Hospital, the centre that treated me, so they can treat others as lucky as me.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for your support.
