Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page…

In writing this message I am sitting here reflecting on how this came to be... an innocuous phone call from my boss (Stephanie) – how fit are you at the moment? Quite fit – a guarded response! That’s good, do you fancy standing in for Hugh on the Ride Across Britain? So here I am 7 days away from the Manchester to Ludlow leg asking for your financial support on something I was looking forward to watching.

Clearly a great cause and something, with more than a little trepidation, I am looking forward to. I have just been told it is a ride for serious cyclists – so this evening the stabilisers are being removed and my ‘Hooters’ bandana to be replaced with a ‘crash helmet’.

If you do feel compelled to sponsor me and the British Paralympics team it would be very much appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks

Paul
