Story

London to Paris Cycle Challenge 2014

On the 8th, 9th & 10th August 2014 myself with 12 other RegaLead staff and their support team /drivers will be attempting to cycle from Tower Bridge in central London to the Eiffel Tower in central Paris in just 3 days. We are calling it our “Tower to Tower Challenge”.

The challenge is taking place as part of RegaLead’s fundraising year for our nominated charity  - Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. This fantastic organisation exists to help seriously ill children and young people live a fuller and happier life. They believe, as do all of us, that every child has the right to a good quality of life, no matter how ill they are. So we are raising money for them to support individuals and organisations, so that sick children can receive the highest quality care, advice and support. They do this through their amazing Roald Dahl Nurses and Family Grants. They also run specific programmes which identify what seriously ill children and young people need, and find new ways to meet them.

We think that's a marvellous thing to do. We hope you agree – As a parent lucky enough to have healthy children, we sometimes do not realise how fortunate we are until you read about what others sometimes have to go through.
