Story

An attack on my restaurant in August led to an injury which resulted in my left leg being amputated at the knee. I spent more than five weeks in the Royal Sussex County Hospital but have now re-opened my restaurant - Paul's Pizza in Lustrells Vale, Saltdean - and I'm getting back on my feet with the help of the Sussex Rehabilitation Centre at Brighton General Hospital. On December 19 I brought my new artificial leg home. I'm aiming to take my first 400 consecutive steps on it on New Years Day, to mark a new start and to raise money for the centre which helps so many people every year.

Please help me support the centre's vital work by sponsoring me for any amount you can.
