In September I will be running the Morrisons Great North Run for the Great North Air Ambulance, in memory of Rachel Blaylock.

Tragically Rachel lost her life in a car accident last August, just a month before she was set to run the race herself. She put a lot of time and effort into training and raising money for the Great North Air Ambulance. Rachel was greatly committed to running the race last year and I'm glad I have the opportunity to do it in her memory this year.
