We fund research into SMA to help find a cure and treatments

Story

David is my wonderful son. He has Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), which is a degenerative neuromuscular condition that leads to progressive muscle wasting, and loss of mobility from a young age. Currently there is no cure, however The SMA Trust is working with scientists to find one. There is a small glimmer of hope, with several therapies entering or approaching clinical trials in humans.

I am organising/participating in a Zumbathon on behalf of the SMA Trust. Please sponsor me or join the party on www.teamdavid.co.uk
