All of us at Parkwood Leisure and Parkwood Community Leisure are delighted to be supporting Anthony Nolan as our charity partner for 2016.   

Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancers like leukaemia, who need a stem cell or bone marrow transplant to survive.

Every twenty minutes someone in the UK will be diagnosed with a blood cancer or blood disorder. But thanks to Anthony Nolan, three people a day are given the chance of life.

However, they're currently not able to help everyone who needs them which is why our support is so important. It costs Anthony Nolan £60 to add each donor to their register who could be the lifesaving match for someone with blood cancer.

We have set ourselves a target of raising £25,000 for Anthony Nolan across our centres and offices all over the UK as well as raising awareness of their fantastic work.
