We are running the 2020 Los Angeles Marathon to support underserved children with a love of reading, thereby enriching their lives and opportunities for success.

Story

I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of READING TO KIDS and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Running for Reading to Kids 2020. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about READING TO KIDS, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. About the campaign

We are running the 2020 Los Angeles Marathon to support underserved children with a love of reading, thereby enriching their lives and opportunities for success.

About the charity

Reading to Kids holds reading clubs on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 8 Los Angeles elementary schools. At the monthly reading clubs, pairs of volunteers read aloud to small groups of children. Kids, parents, teachers, & school libraries receive book donations at the end of the reading clubs.
