The month of Ramadan is nearly upon us and just as important it is to fast, it is necessary to give and be charitable towards others. In Palestine, families are starving and going days and sometimes weeks without food. Penny appeal aims to help and provide the needy with necessities they lack. This Ramadan we will provide meals to families in Palestine. 

As stated in Hadith:  “Giving alms(charity) can erase sins just like water ceases fire.”

£30 can help feed a whole family this Ramadan and when opening someone else’s fast you are rewarded for their fast. So when opening the fasts of a whole family you are rewarded with the equivalent of you having kept multiple fasts.

Remember Ramadan is the month of fasting and also charity. So don’t forget to give your Sadaqa this year.
