on Sunday 19th April I will be doing a 5km swim to raise funds for Send a Cow. 
Although I swim regularly, this will be 2 miles further than usual! 
Please donate to this fantastic charity who do exactly what it says- send a cow to a village, where milk and  manure are used to the benefit of many.
