Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I, along with Petersfield Cricket Club, am raising money to support the Broad Appeal in aid of Motor Neurone Disease.

There is no cure or even a diagnostic test for MND. It can take over a year from symptom onset to confirming a diagnosis - an unacceptable delay in such a rapidly progressive condition. A condition which can leave patients unable to walk, eat and eventually breath.

The Broad Appeal is offering hope and supporting three exciting projects which will aid the understanding of this cruel condition, from finding a blood test to diagnose and monitor the disease as well as finding effective treatments. 

On Sunday 30th June, my Petersfield Cricket Club side take on a celebrity side with the intention of raising money for this vital work. Please give what you can and most importantly come along our 3rd year of running the event which is proving really popular and great fun (last year we towel dried the square for 5 hours to make it happen, a sight to be seen!)

You'll have the chance to meet several celebrity guest cricketers such as Rufus Hound and Chris Broad*, listen to Chaz's band, participate in fun tea time interval activities and more ...
