Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part in the Manchester 100 in September. A week later I'll be running the Wigan 10km.

 I'll be part of the Joining Jack team which are a fantastic charity with a really touching background story. 

Not only will I be cycling but then driving the length of the country back to work. So spare a thought and a pound for me because I'll be knackered.
