Story
Oliver & Rowan Beswick stayed at the Manchester Ronald McDonald House in 2012 when their little sister Lily was on Ward 84 & PICU at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital during her treatment for cancer.
Lily was in hospital sometimes for very long periods of time during her treatments, especially when she was admitted to PICU. This meant that their mummy & daddy had to be at the hospital a lot of the time, but thanks to the Ronald McDonald House Manchester, they were able to all be together as a family at weekends and during time off school.
Oliver & Rowan really enjoyed staying in the Ronald McDonald House and they especially liked the playrooms. They also get invited back each year to attend parties and events.
Unfortunately, Lily died in November 2012. Please take a look at her Facebook page to find out more about her and her cancer journey.
