Alongside my colleagues at Blue Rubicon, I’m raising money for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity and taking part in the Thames Path Challenge.

I'm hoping to raise £300 for the Rainbow Trust, and contribute to the £15,000 target we've set ourselves as a team.

I am preparing to hike 50km non stop - the equivalent of MORE THAN A  MARATHON - in about 10 hours.  For those of you who know me, I'm much more into bending myself in funky shapes or sunbathing, so it ain't going to be easy
