I had a great idea that it was time for me to again run the 20km as The Giraffe Project is a wonderful cause and what better way than to combine fitness with fund raising!

The Giraffe Project and there dedicated team of volunteers change many children's lives forever, by educating them (through sponsorship and fundraising), from primary through to college or university graduation, and to-date there have been some amazing achievements by children from Nairobi's slums with the help of this charity.   

This run will be very difficult for me and it will be more trotting than jogging (or even walking), but I will finish no matter what as I know the importance of the Giraffe Project to these children lives, so please sponsor me as every little helps and €5 can make a big difference to their futures.
