Thanks for visiting my Just Giving page.

This year I'm undertaking four lengthy sponsored cycle rides for three charities that are very close to my heart. This page is about the third of the rides I am undertaking - a 60 mile bike ride around the Suffolk Coast for Marie Curie Cancer care on 7th August. 

I have also undertaken a sponsored cycle ride for Dementia UK which was for 100 miles in the New Forest and the Isle of Wight (underwater across the Solent, - now there's an achievement! Visit www.justgiving.com/Nigel-Swan to suppport). 

I also plan to do another ride for charity in the future.
