Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 27 April this year I will start a 12 week, 12,000 mile journey on my trusty BMW R1200GSA from the Ace Cafe in London to Beijing in China. The route will cover some of the most demanding biking terrain possible often travelling at altitudes of 5,000 + metres. Although I have been lucky to ride a motorcycle in other parts of the world this will be the most demanding trip I have undertaken and the first time I have raised money for a Charity. I feel however that SERV deserves our support as its volunteer members can be instrumental in helping to save lives on a daily basis. The Charity does not charge the NHS for its services and being self funded, depends on the generosity of the public to keep the bikes fueled and on the road. I have chosen £1,200 as a target simply because of the three twelves mentioned above. It will also pay for approx one years' worth of fuel for one bike. If we exceed it then many thanks.
So please dig deep and donate now.
